Here's a picture of my Electric Bass. It's an Austin AU840BK (Black) (also available in transparent red: AU840TR--I saw this color on a right-handed bass and it is really nice as you can see the wood-grain through the paint) From my limited experience shoping for a lefty bass, I found this model to deliver the most bang for the buck (remember, I'm a beginner at bass though an unaccomplished pianist;) ) Street price was $250, but this one had last year's sale price still on for $219............So I grabbed it.
Warning: there's a $99 Lefty Bass sold by Sam Ash (not where I got this) sold under the Brownsville brand.....and it sucks...absolutely no sustain at all.
